Dear Friends,
Welcome to my life and my love, inspirational dresses. Since I can remember, my hands have always been busy, co-creating. At the age of 49 I am still awed by the gift I have been given. With a career of 26 years in the fashion industry and countless dresses, I still wake up every morning in anticipation of the day's events.
I can remember asking myself one day, "How many more beautiful dresses are left in me?" Today I realize that the beauty of the dresses come from the synergy between my clients and myself. The answer: for as long as there are beautiful women, there will be beautiful dresses.
I was given the gift of being a mother to my two awesome children Daniel and David. Today they are both grown men. The initial "D" in Hollie D. Forest is their initial. They were the force behind my work. There is nothing to compare to a mothers love, it surmounts all obstacles |

We were given the opportunity to restore and eventually purchase the Theoret home built in 1780. We were the first owners after seven generations of the family Theoret. Today I am married to William, an amazing, spiritual man from Texas . He is an artist, a quilter, and my soul mate. We live in our beautiful historic home. The dreams of my youth have all come true.
I studied at the Academy of Fashion Design, working in the industry, became a manufacturer, and traveled extensively. I have known prosperity, and I have known lack. I have experienced the perseverance and courage it takes to learn and practice an art.
Today my life is simple. I love and am loved. I am grateful for every sketch, every stitch, and every second of my life. May each and every one of you find the passion you have been given and share it with everyone you touch.
